For orders delivered to the European Union, all applicable import duties, customs charges, and taxes are included in the purchase price where applicable. Customers should not be required to pay any additional customs fees upon delivery.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to product availability, supplier inventory and restocking, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. In addition, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or does not match the description.
