EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use our online withdrawal form available on the Cancel Order page, or contact us within this period.

After submitting your withdrawal request, you must return the goods within 14 days.

We will provide return instructions after receiving your request.

Return Conditions

Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. A reasonable inspection of the product is allowed.

Return Process

To initiate a return or withdrawal request, please use our Cancel Order page or contact our support team at support@frexxi.com with your order number.

We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Important:
We do not require returns to be shipped outside the EU.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

Once processed, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos and a description. In many cases, a refund or replacement may be issued without requiring a return.

• Earrings and piercings
• Customized or personalized products

Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refunds.
