Currently, we only deliver to EU countries.

After you’ve added products to your shopping cart and you’re ready to place your order, click the ‘Checkout’ button. You’ll then be redirected to the secure Klarna Checkout page, where you can enter all necessary information to fulfill your order directly with Klarna. You can use any of Klarna’s payment methods, including most major credit cards.

Standard Delivery typically takes 10–20 days.
Express Shipping usually arrives in 3–10 days.

If an item of your order is yet to arrive, please be patient as it is more than likely being shipped from one of our local warehouses in. Feel free to contact us for an update on the status of an order.

Yes, and you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Due to logistical reasons, items from the same purchase may occasionally be shipped in separate packages, even if they were ordered together.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

All prices include VAT and there are no additional taxation-related custom fees. However, we cannot be held responsible for any additional product-specific or country-specific custom fees, if applicable. By purchasing our products, you consent to the possibility that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur custom fees upon arrival in your country.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please see our return policy and follow this process.

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, it is not possible to amend any details, our warehouse team receive orders directly and will have already started processing your order.

If you receive a broken, defective, or low-quality product, please first send a photo and an explanation of the issue to our customer service via email, and we will assess the need for a return. You may be entitled to a free replacement or an equivalent discount on another product in our store.

If, however, you wish to return the product and receive a full refund, you are entitled to our 30-day return & refund policy and just follow the instructions.
